They are responsible for establishing, executing and monitoring the budget, in accordance with the objectives decided with management. They have perfect knowledge of how the company works and investigate every department very closely. Their mission is, therefore, to ensure that the company does not lose money and, if it does, to find ways to remedy the situation.

Management auditors also make forecasts based on the goals established by the company director and must consider the material resources and organization of the staff in order to reach these objectives.
This job is a good stepping stone for positions as financial officer or accounting manager, or even CEO of a company subsidiary.
With a 3A training, it is possible to become an audit manager in your home country or abroad, as an expatriate or in a local company.

Management auditors must have an excellent sense of analysis and, of course, solid technical skills.
