During the 2nd cycle, students will:

  • Conduct an audit of a company or organization (international organizations, NGOs, associations), understand and analyze a situation, identify problems
  • Make decisions, identify, choose and suggest solutions
  • Implement the chosen strategy, manage its execution and control the applications
  • Analyze the discrepancies between forecasts and actual results and put forward corrective actions
  • Devise, lead and present an business entreprenencial in France or outside France in the areas of business and development

The 2nd cycle is designed to encourage the student to develop true professional autonomy essentially through the professional project and the longer internships that offer much more practical, hands-on experience.
